    Hello Steveo,

I understand your concern about the Box 13 errors on your W-2. Since you just filed yesterday, you'll need to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected by the IRS before you can take action. You'll see this status update within your account under Final Steps > Check Status/Print Tax Return

    Here's what I recommend:

Wait for the IRS to process your return first. The IRS will review your return and either accept or reject it. If those Box 13 checkboxes don't match what your employer reported, the IRS may reject your return, which would allow you to correct the errors and refile. If it's accepted, you can then file an amendment.

If your return is accepted: Wait until you receive your refund before filing an amendment. For the option to amend within the account, click Account > Amend Tax Return

Regarding the "Where's My Refund" issue: The IRS doesn't officially open this year until January 26th, they are currently in their testing phase so your information should become available in their Where's My Refund tool after the 26th.

For now, check your account with us to monitor whether your return has been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
