Claiming my 20 year old son as dependent on my taxes?

My son is living with me age 20 .I file him as a dependent on my return but he work but dont make alot ..can he still file his return if I already file him

Yes, your son should still be able to file a tax return. When he prepares his return, he will just need to mark that someone else is claiming him as a dependent on his tax return. If he doesn't mark this, then his return will be rejected if he e-files.
In our software, there are some Yes or No questions on the Taxpayer Information page. That is where you will find the question asking if someone is claiming you as a dependent.
Also, since your son is now reaching the age where the dependent rules change a little depending on the circumstance, you may want to review page 12 of publication 501.
