Is there any way I can receive some type of credit/deduction

My son's mother and I are not together and were never married. I have been ordered by the court when she filed for child support ($1500 a month) for child support, but I am also responsible to pay for child care ($650 a month), and health insurance ($250 a month) and I wanted to find out if there is any way I could receive any type of credit or anything even though my son's mother is not allowing me to claim him (she refuses to fill out the form). It also states in the court documents that I am suppose to be able to claim him but she ignores that along with several other declarations included in court documents (including visitation).

Hello BGaspard,
You may claim a childcare credit, even though you are not claiming your child as a dependent on your tax return.
Child support is not a deduction. Health insurance is an Itemized Deduction.
You will need to work with your attorney to claim him on your return.0
