Problem with FREETAX USA Colorado State calculations this year

FreeTax USA is not calculating correctly the Child Tax and Earned Income Credits for taxpayers without a valid social security number or that have an ITIN. I'm a tax preparer who relies on their software and is messing up the accuracy of my preparation for these particular clients. Any suggestions on how to have FreeTax to take a look at this?

    I suggest that you sign into the account with the problem and send a support issue to Customer Support. That way they can look at the issue and help you out.

    Hi Cordial _LEO24 any solution on this, I just notice this issue too. I have reach out for support but seems like they are clueless on the issue.
