Federal Refund Problem!

Hi whp,
There's a few items to consider when trying to determine if you'll receive a refund.
-How much tax was witheld from your paycheck or other sources of income throughout the year? If it's more than your total tax due, you may be eligible for a refund.
-If your total deductions exceeded your taxable income, you could still potentially receive a refund if you are eligible for any refundable or partially refundable tax credits (Examples include: Earned Income Tax Credit, Additional Child Tax Credit, American Opportunity Tax Credit (AOTC)
Without knowing more details of your income or situation it's difficult to say. I'd recommend contacting customer support through your FreeTaxUSA account and one of our agents would be happy to look at your return and see if you are eligible for a refund this year.0

Thanks for the timely reply!
After further investigation , I was making a mistake in how I was comparing results, with comparing 2024 to 2025, which i should not have been doing so.
With sincere thanks
