Married residents of Minnesota, spouse has new job in Wisconsin

I am a bit confused on our state filing this year (for 2025). We live in Minnesota. I am a sole-proprietor and all of my income was in MN, and I pay quarterly estimated taxes. My husband was not working most of 2025, but started a new job near the end of the year in Wisconsin (his only income during 2025). Our federal is married filing jointly. My 2025 income is significantly higher than his (approx $110K vs $3k). As I am going through our tax program, it wants to enter all of my business income on the Wisconsin Income tax 1NPR under the "Wisconsin B Column". This does not seem logical to me, as we would be paying state income tax to Wisconsin for income I earned while living in Minnesota?? His Wisconsin W-2 shows he did pay Wisconsin taxes. Is there a way for us to file jointly to MN, but for him to file separately to WI? Or what am I missing. Please help me understand and advise. This is new territory for me. thank you!
