I still haven’t received my taxes paperwork back. I paid and still have nothing

    Keep in mind that when you purchase printed copies, they are sent out only when the return is accepted or set to be mailed.

    Also, this sort of request is best handled by FreeTaxUSA Support. I suggest you sign in to your account and contact support directly. Thanks!
