Foreign phone number

in Filing my taxes

I am an expat living in Spain and am told that electronic filing is impossible with a foreign phone number. Is that correct? If so, I'll just have to continue using Turbo Tax which I am trying to avoid.

    Unfortunately, we don't support customers or preparers who are living outside the United States when they file their taxes.
