Form 8938, Part III, Line 13: software bug? Is manual edit possible?

I am required to file Form 8938. Rightfully, the software asks, "Did you report a tax item for this asset?"

Even when I answer 'Yes', line 13 in Part III of 8938 is not populated. Line 13 asks,

"Enter the following items for your total assets reported in Part V or Part VI and the schedule, form, or return on which you reported the items.

  • Interest.
  • Dividends…"

In the past, I have used free fillable forms and mentioned that I have disclosed the interest income from foreign accounts on Form 1040 and on Schedule B. Is it a bug in the software that this line shows up as blank in the preview of my return? Is there a way around it, for example a manual edit to the form (but still e-file from the software)?

    This was my bad — the provision exists in the software. Just needed to review every question carefully.
