Line 4 of Form 8606 is blank

Hello,

I contributed $7000 to my traditional IRA for the first time in April 2025. These contributions were made for the year 2024.

There is a question on "IRA Basis and Value page" under deductions/credits that asks for 2024 IRA contributions made between 01/01/2025 - 04/15/2025. I have entered $7000 in this field.

Line 4 of form 8606 says "Enter those contributions included on line 1 that were made from January 1, 2025, through April 15, 2025". This line 4 is blank on the 8606 generated by FreeTaxUSA even though I have $7000 in the "IRA Basis and Value page".

Can someone please explain if this is an issue? Please note I have not done any Roth conversions.
