How do I chat Pro Support?

Hi all
Is anyone else having the same problem as me? I purchased Pro Support, I click "Pro Support" on the upper right hand tab, it takes me to a page where at the end, there are two buttons: "Contact Support" and the other one is "Chat with a Pro". The former works fine but the asynchronous messages are hard to navigate because the replies from the staff are not very good (they don't give full answers to all the questions one asks". The second button is in green but when one clicks it, it doesn't take you anywhere (no popup, no new page loaded). I contacted the support staff and they couldn't help me (I find this ridiculous, why did I first pay them if they offered me a service they cannot even give). Has anyone figured out how to "Chat with a Pro"?

So the green button you are seeing is just a selection, once you've selected "Chat with a Pro", you hit the blue "Continue Tax Return" button. Once you click that, a chat box will pop up in the bottom right corner that says "Click here anytime you would like to begin a chat with our friendly staff." Once you click that you can then do an online chat to ask your question or ask to schedule a call.
