Amend

After I filed my wife’s taxes, I realized I misspelled her first name so I made an amendment and changed it. I realized that making an amendment was the wrong thing to do that I should’ve just it as is being the first name I was just wondering if there’s any way to delete the amendment or is it too late and if so how long will it take for her to get refund

Part of me thinks (but isn't 100% sure) you could just amended it again, but I would read this FAQ from FreeTaxUSA's site on amending tax returns. The last paragraph says:
"We recommend that you do not amend your tax return until after you have received your refund or paid the taxes you owe from your original return you filed. The IRS will often automatically make a correction to your tax return for missing or incorrect W-2 or 1099 forms. You do not need to amend your federal tax return if the IRS corrects the error on your tax return when they process your original tax return. You will receive an IRS notice explaining the adjustment or asking for additional forms for documentation."
