How do I contact somebody?

This website might have been a mistake. There's no number to call, upgrade for chat and won't take me to the page to contact support. So, how am I supposed to ask anything? I need to know where my refund is and I have no idea on how to contact this website. It said 4 weeks and it's been like 6 weeks, I just want to be able to know where's my money and I'm scared about this sketchy website where you can't even contact support. Leaving a terrible review, I hope this company goes broke and never finds success ever.

For anyone reading this, "Self Preparation" software means you are filling out your own tax return and the software just provides the blanks to fill out, calculates your tax, and then the software sends it to the IRS for you.
It is not the software's fault if something is wrong, and contacting them about the IRS processing will lead nowhere (no matter which software you have chosen). You must contact the IRS and inquire why the IRS has not released your funds; either that or perhaps pay for a professional, or pay for "Pro Support" option in your upgrades, so they can be more in touch with your account.
I've been using FreeTax USA for a long time as a professional. They are not 'sketchy' and they do not hold refunds (our clients usually get refunds within 4 days!) and their customer service, although not callable on the phone, is available by opening a support ticket at no cost. My experiences with their [free] support tickets have been fabulous. They always respond by the next morning addressing whatever is going on. I surely hope Free Tax USA does not 'go broke and never find success', especially considering their software superiority compared to other market competitors.
Before you leave a hateful review, consider maybe you just did something wrong on your tax return (with all due respect) as self-preparation errors are the number one cause of delayed refunds. The IRS will be able to provide more information to you about why they are holding your refund, but you will need to call them. Have a better day!5

You need to contact the IRS about your refund. Once your return was accepted by the IRS, there's not much a software provider can do to help you.

I filed taxes in 2023 for two family members. When I log into my account, I can only access one of the 2023 tax forms. How can I find both tax forms to do the 2024 taxes? Please help

Sign into your account and click on the Support option in the top right of the screen. It is to the left of the Account menu. Send Support a written issue. With Deluxe or Pro you may also do a Live Chat.

I don't want a refund. I JUST WANT TO FILE MY TAXES. YOU SAID, IRS REJECTED MY RETURN BECAUSE OF LACK OF INFO SUCH AS AGI. THEY TOLD ME MY AGI WAS $ 0.00. SO WHERE ON YOUR FORM DO I PUT THAT INFO SO I CAN RESEND.

I am on my second day having contacted my bank several times and with great difficulty you. I do not need an accountant. A message keeps saying my zip code is different than my bank zip code. It is *****-****. The last 4 numbers are for the Post Office and not needed. I tried to type them in but there is no place on the final address. How can I get you to accept my payment when the bank does not deny it. You keep taking out and then returning it. I am running out of time and have not had this issue in previous years.
