Can i file my returns for last year from outside the U.S.

I lived and worked in the U.S. for 4 months last year, until the end of April. I have been living there since 2017. But since I have now returned to India for the time being, when I file my taxes, should I add my indian address? & my U.S. bank details since it is functional?
