How can I tell if I filed form 2210 underpayment penalty on last year's tax return?

I downloaded last year's return and didn't see form 2210 included. Is there a way I can tell if I paid the underpayment penalty at filing 2023 return?

    Look on line 38 of your 2023 1040. That's where you would've entered the penalty if you calculated it and paid it with your tax return.

    Most people recommend waiting for the IRS to determine if you owe the underpayment penalty and let them send you a bill if applicable.
