Uber food delivery driver non-income

Free Tax Usa asks for amount not considered income such as transaction fees, taxes, tips and cash back. Uber tax summary has a table citing, "expenses, fees and tax". This includes values for "uber service fee/adjustment, sales tax/other taxes, and tolls/surcharges. Which of these values do I include? Or do I include the total of these values?

Hello AyanaJ:
In response to your question about which fees, taxes, tolls, and surcharges to include in the Box under Returns and Allowances, it appears that your Uber Tax Summary includes all of the fees you were charged. While Uber may list the fees separately such as your Booking fee, Service fee, Sales tax, and Instant pay charges, Uber should provide a total of all fees. If not, then add up all of the fees, taxes, surcharges you paid back to Uber or that Uber deducted from your earnings.
When you are on the screen, “Tell us about your income (Uber Driver)” enter the total fee amount in the Box next to Returns and Allowances. If you added the total amount of fees and other charges that you paid to Uber or were deducted from your Uber earnings, and entered that amount into our software, you entered the correct amount.
