There needs and should be a direct number to contact. I'm currently looking into my legal options on the fact I have been unable to receive any productive support about getting access to my tax records that freetaxusa has. I can not sign in as the page gets stuck on the loading. This is bull and I'm over it

    The best course is to contact our customer support team (which it sounds like you have) so they can look up your specific account and see if there is anything we can do.

    We do have strict security requirements to make sure everyone's data is secure, so there are certain times when customers will not be able to access their accounts. If, after talking to our customer support team, you find that you will not be able to access your account/tax documents on our site, I suggest that you get transcripts of past filings with the IRS.
