Why can't I start 2025 tax now?

Button said I can get a head start on 2025 but when I pushed it, I got the message below and have no idea what that means or how to actually begin plugging in figures to guesstimate my 2025 Fed. return. Thx.

I was able to log in. (2025 version)
Try clearing your cache and cookies. Then restart browser.
Use a different browser.1 -
