Saving information
Can you start importing information for tax purposes, save the info and come back to it or do you need to complete all the information at once? Does this site allow you to save your information, come back and add more?

Yes. I usually add things as I get the forms. (For example my W2 and 1099-int forms come in January, but I don't get brokerage forms until mid Feb so I just upload them as I get them.)
There is a secure login that will pick up where you left off. Just make sure to remember your password and add an email/phone.
If you're uploading last year's 1040 forms from another tax filing service you'll need to do that the first time and not skip it or the option goes away. You can still fill out all the boxes though, and it's still pretty easy to use
