Support request answers can't be viewed

Got an email saying I got an answer to my support request and to log in to view it.

After I log in I keep getting redirected to the "submit a request" page. No conversation. No answer. Kind of renders it pointless? Please look into this

    Hello Sunshine123,

    You should be able to view all conversions under the Support tab. If you are not seeing it, I would first recommend that you try clearing your cache, updating your browser, or using a private window. Those usually resolve those type of issues. If you are still having issues, please let us know.

    You should see something like this when you see that a questions has been answered by Support.
