Does Pro Expert/support provide tax refund advice

Hello,

I am new to FreeTaxUSA, I wanted to check if the FreeTaxUSA pro expert provides individualized recommendation to save on tax, depending upon my situation?

Any insight, experience and suggestion is really appreciated.

    Pro Support includes:

    - Phone support and screen sharing for more detailed assistance
    - Priority service with faster response times

    This is different from our Basic and Deluxe tiers, which provide general software guidance but not personalized tax recommendations.

    So there are three levels of support you can buy?

    Is there a link to this info? With the details and price for each?

    Maybe a side by side comparison? All I am seeing is a popup page for two different supports and I cannot easily compare and the pop-up's also have drill downs to get to the details.

    My photographic memory is challenged.

    I would really like to know what happens if there are calculation updates after you file. I've always filed at the last minute to get all updates but this year, I am interested in getting this chore done early but am trying to know what to expect.

    So for example, if the customer did not make a mistake but needs to amend due to a software update - Is that covered with basic/no support or do you have to upgrade in this scenario?

    And at what point do you have to upgrade? Prior to knowing about the software update?
