HOW DO I GET AN ENTRY TO GO TO THIS LINE?

    Hello GEORGE9,

    Please go to Misc -> Affordable Care Act -> Net Investment Income Tax (Form 8960). On that page, if you scroll down a little, you should see a question that says "Do you have any changes you need to make to your rental real estate, royalties, and K-1(s) or capital gains amounts listed above?". Say Yes and go to the next page. The second question listed on that page will ask if you need to make any changes for the line 5b calculation.

    If you do not see that or if you have any further questions about it, I would recommend that you contact customer support so they can look at your account and see what is going on in your specific situation.
