Nebraska state return 7203

in State Filing

Is anyone dealing with this tax credit and not being able to put it in their state return.

I've attempted to go through support but they keep telling me I just put in my cctc-a certificate number wrong after I've explained it's a new tax credit from this year and nowhere on my form says cctc-a but form 7203

    Did you finally resolve your issue with customer support. If so, would you mind sharing what the issue was and how you resolved it with our Community?

    It resolved in that they updated the form, didn't acknowledge that they just had to update the form, continued to tell me I was doing it wrong and was incapable of reading or under basic instructions.
