I filed my taxes and want to e-file but it does not give me that option? It only gives me option to mail? Can you help with that?

    Hi @Andrea319 yes our support agents should be able to help and explain what is going on. I'd recommend logging into your account and contacting support there so that they will be able to access your account and help identify the problem. The support button is in the upper right hand section of the screen when you login. I'll attach a screenshot here-
