If u received a CP53e and do not respond, will they go ahead and issue u a paper check

I asked for paper check, receive a CP53e, tried to get IRs id, service went down. Know they want an upload photo of me to continue process. I am older not computer smart. I read that if u do not respond to the CP53e after 30 days, they will go ahead and issue refund check is approximately 6 weeks, if this true

Yes, it is true. If you do not respond within the 30 days to the notice, they will issue you a paper check after 6 weeks. See the last question in the link below.
