Do I use my account and enter their info or do I need to make each one their own account they are 16 and 17 this is my first time filing for them want to do it correctly

    Hello mommab4677,

    You will need to create a new account for each teen. You can only file one tax return per year per account.

    If you are planning on claiming your children on your tax return, make sure that you answer Yes to the question "Can a parent (or somebody else) claim you as a dependent on their tax return?" That way you and your children can still e-file your tax returns without causing any problems.
