Issues with uploading the (2nd?) Consolidated 1099?
So y'day I was able to upload a Consolidated 1099 for one of my accounts. It worked ok-ish - it read it, it interpreted most of it ok but there were several errors.
Today I wanted to do the same for another account. Same as y'day it said it read it ok, and then when it came back from this "success" the account wasn't even showing, let alone any interpreted forms from the consolidated statement. Tried it 4-5 times more - same result.
Contacted a rep via the chat, and it said several ppl reported the issue. Yet I do not see anything here, nor does FTusa seem to have a mechanism to let users know when a functional issue is fixed. Rep told me to "keep trying"…
(Yes, I'm aware the Consolidated 1099 is still in beta, that is not the point here.)
This is my 1st time trying to use the service. Is something like this normal? Should I expect a timely fix, or what? Such Consolidated statements have been around for a long time…

Hello,
Hello D_sky! I am sorry for the frustration, and I completely understand why this experience is disappointing. You're right that this isn't the experience we want anyone to have.
The consolidated 1099 import feature is still in beta, which means it can have inconsistencies like the one you're describing, including cases where the upload appears to succeed but the data doesn't carry through. This is a known issue that our development team is actively working on, and your feedback is genuinely helpful in getting it resolved. I've noted your report so it can be passed along.
Unfortunately, we don't have a specific timeline to share for when the fix will be in place. In the meantime, the most reliable option is to enter the information manually. You can do this by going to the Income tab, selecting Investments and Savings, and adding each account and its associated 1099 forms (1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, etc.) from there. This community article also walks through entering a consolidated 1099-B step by step:
