    Thank you for contacting Customer Support. Your prior year Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) can be found on your 2024 tax return on Form 1040, Line 11.

    If you filed last year using the same FreeTaxUSA account, you can also find it by logging in and going to Account > Prior Returns, then selecting the prior year return to view it.

    If you don't have access to a copy of last year's return, you can request a transcript directly from the IRS at:
    https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

    If you are also looking for the Pro Chat option, this can be located in the Support Center at the top of the account. Select to Add Pro to the account. Once it is added, select the Live Chat button. You can also send our Customer Support team a message inside your account and they can help troubleshoot.
