When I try to log in from your main page, I keep getting a HTTP Status 400 message. Somehow I've managed to log in once or twice to do most of my taxes, but I cannot reliably get in. I'm not even sure how I succeeded those couple of times. Please help.

Apparently it is an issue with Chrome only on my Windows 11 laptop. No issue logging in on my phone or using the Microsoft Edge browser. I'm still not sure what is causing the issue.

Open Chrome and clear cache & cookies.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
Go here to see how to do it.
After you do this reboot computer.
Now go here to see if you still get the error.
