First time Filing Self Employed Quarterly Estimated Taxes
First time quarterly taxes for self employed client who started freelancing this January. I cleaned up his books in QBO so I thought he could file through TurboTax. However, he has already filed 2025 personal taxes through AARP volunteers and has filed with them the last two years. He does not have a history in TurboTax.
Should he file his estimated quarterly taxes here through FreeTaxUSA and how?
I clean up the books. I am not a tax professional in the least. What should I advise him to do?

I found where he should pay.
He needs to set up an account and make his payment through the Business Tax Account link.

You don't "file" anything for quarterly estimated taxes. You just make payments. At least quarterly. There's no requirement to file or send anything unless you're paying by check, in which case you should include a voucher so the check can be directed to the proper year and account.

Thanks, JMSSGV!
I learned this after circling around on the IRS site, but thank you for your response.
For anyone else who have the same question, this is the link to make that estimated payment:

Don't forget to pay estimated state taxes as well, if that applies to whatever state he lives in.
