I’m a newly married and filing our tax as married filing jointly, have provided all the informations but at the final stage after payment I was ask to provide my husband’s id which I did but it still requires some id document number that that is seen at the back of id’s. I do not have his physical id but a picture copy and the picture copy do not have the back page .

How do I resolve this to submit my tax as tomorrow is the final date . Will need help asap.

Note: he do not have drivers license yet

The IRS doesn't require your driver's license - is this a requirement for your state? What happens if you just skip that page?

    Hello Godslove1,

If you are still having trouble with this, I would recommend contacting support directly from within your account. We will be better able to assist you from there as we will have access to your account information and will be able to see what you see in the software.
