I received a notice from "FreeTaxUSA" that my returns were rejected by IRS and GA State. I was told there were problems with info about one of my employer's information. I have no idea though which employer and what is missing.
There needs and should be a direct number to contact. My 2024 return needs a bunch of info from my 2022 return. I was able to upload my 2023 return pdf and have the data imported. I'd hate to have to manually type in my 2022 data, but I can't find a way to import from my 2022 pdf. Can this be done?
