Why is the IRS saying that my Tax returns where not filed.

I did my taxes on this website for a few years and the IRS does not done at all.

I am sorry to hear you have been waiting on the IRS for so long to process your returns. Here are some steps you should take:

1. Sign into your FreeTaxUSA account for the current year and each prior year and check the status for each year's return.
2. Make sure it was e-filed and accepted. If it was set to be mailed, did you mail it? If not, then that would explain why the IRS does not have it. If it was rejected and not corrected, that would explain the issue too.
3. While signed into your account, contact Customer Support. As community moderators, we do not have access to your FreeTaxUSA account info, but Customer Support does, and they will help you resolve the issue.
