I need help with my taxes so I upgraded to Deluxe support. Now the only options when I click the dropdown menu "Deluxe Support" are Support Center and Pro Support. There's no chat option. Pro Support offers another upgrade at a significant cost. How am I supposed to chat with someone through Deluxe Support.
