I was filing my 2024 taxes and was informed my 2023 were not filed so I paid the $17.99 to file 2023 state taxes. I just received an email stating my ss# was already used to file taxes. So therefore my taxes were apparently already filed for 2023. How do I get a refund for the state filing I did for $17.99?
