    Hi pln333,

    Great question! If you filed your 2020 taxes using our software, you can sign into your account and print your prior year return by clicking on the "Prior Years" menu at the top of the screen. Any returns for prior years that have been finalized will be available to view and print.

    If you did not prepare your prior year tax return using our software, you can request a copy from the IRS at the following website:

    https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

    There is no menu after sign in.

    You can try going direct to the 2020 version of the software.

    One reason for no menu after switching to the prior year, is you didn't have an account with FreeTaxUSA for that year.

    If you didn't use FreeTaxUSA to file your 2020 tax return, please request a transcript of your tax return directly from the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
