You may claim her since she is a student. A student, who is enrolled as least part-time, may be claimed until he/she is 24 years old. See this IRS Interactive Assistant.

I have been denied my federal refund for two years in a row. There is NO POSSIBLE way to contact the IRS.
I hate them.
Why do I bother filing? No reason to.

Hi There. My last child would be 20 in Jan 2025.
She is 19 in 2024.
She got a scolarship to study at a University in Guyana
and completed year one from Sept 2023- August 2024.
She has her one year grades and entry letters.
Can I still claim for her on my taxes. She is not working.
She is studying. How do I submit documents to claim for her.
