I don't itemize but can I still claim Charitable Contributions
If so where is that located or is it a seperate form?

You cannot claim charitable contributions unless you itemize. If you're over 70 1/2, you can do a qualified charitable donation which would reduce your adjusted gross income and you could still take the standard deduction.

Charitable contributions can only be deducted from your return if you itemize your deductions. This is the general rule for most types of itemized deductions.

I turn 70 June 14,2025, so I would be 70 1/2 on Dec. 14. Do you know if I have to wait until Dec. 14 to make the contribution or is it just the year I turn 70 1/2?

You must be 70 1/2 when the qualified charitable distribution is made. Here is a great link with info I would recommend reviewing if this is your first QCD:
