Are president elect Trumps no tax on Social security going to be implemented in the tax year 2024?

    Hi,

    My initial answer is probably not, because of the time it will take to make the change and get it through the various levels of government. If you file your return before any decisions are made and they decide to make it retroactive for tax year 2024, you can amend your return once the software you are using is updated.
