I filed my 2022 taxes with this company and still didn’t receive it. What happened??

There are a few possibilities that could lead to you not receiving your refund:

1. Because 2022 is a prior year, it must be mailed. It may be possible that taxpayers submitted their return into our system but didn't mail their return to the IRS. This would account for them not getting their refund.
2. If your return was mailed, it may take some time before the IRS can fully process your return. Once they finish processing, your refund should be sent.
3. The IRS may have found issues depositing your refund to your bank account (if this was the method you chose to receive your refund when completing your taxes with us). In this case, they would send you a check through the mail, which may take some time.
