how do I file my daughters death benefits that I receive every month because she is a minor

Hi,
Your daughter's social security death benefits would be filed on a return in your daughter's name. If that is the only income she receives, no return would be necessary. You do not report that income on your return.
If she has income from a part time job and it does not exceed $14,600 for 2024 and she has no taxes withheld, no return would be necessary.
