Hello Loved5910,

To access the software for a prior year, please follow these steps:

1) Select "Account" at the top of the screen and choose "Prior Returns" from the drop-down menu.

2) Under the "Your prior tax return" section, select "Continue" or "Start Now" for the year you are trying to access.

3) Follow the prompt to "Continue" to the sign in screen for the selected year.

4) Login as a returning user with the same username and password.

Please be aware that prior year returns cannot be e-filed. The only way to submit a prior year return is to print and mail the return.

Note: For years prior to 2023, please use the Home page and the Prior Year menu to login to a prior year account.
