State Payment vouchers

My payment vouchers were added to my state refund last year. Will those vouchers be included in my 1099- G even though I paid tax on that money?. Didn't need them to cover my state taxes last year so that upped my refund.

    Any amounts that you overpaid to the state will typically be refunded to you, whether that was via a payment voucher or another method of payment.

    If you made estimated tax payments to the state throughout the year, and this also results in an over payment, it will be treated the same as any other overpayment.
