Hi Blue,
The IRS no longer requires that you report your health coverage information on your federal tax return, unless you have a 1095-A from federal Marketplace coverage or a state-based exchange. If you do have a 1095-A, you can report that by going to Deductions/Credits > Marketplace Health Insurance (1095-A) in your account.
Some states do still require you to report your health insurance information, so you would enter that by going to the "State" tab in your account and going through the health insurance screens there. Your account should have helpful tax helps (small blue question marks) next to various questions throughout that process.
