we had to cash in my husbands 401k because he had Alzheimer’s had yo go into a nursing home. He passed away November 21,2024. I sure could use that refund.

    We still haven’t received our 2023 refund. Obviously a red flag came up because our income was much more than previous years because we had to cash in my husbands 401k because he had Alzheimer’s and had to go into a nursing home on Sept 12, 2023. He passed away November 21, 2024. I sure could use the refund. How do I get help?
