I haven't received my return from last year yet. Help?

My return has been held due to my identity not being able to be verified for some reason. I had the irs send a letter to my last address to get a code to verify myself, but k never got thar letter prior to moving to a new address. Irs says they only send 1 letter only Iwas told no when I asked them to resend it. I'm in a pickle now trying to figure out what to do to receive my return. Also, my income isn't reflecting nearly 4900$ I had earned while working. Only 418$ shows up on my tax return form. I need help with this in a bad way. Please and thank you for your time.

I suggest you contact and work with Taxpayer Advocate Services. See if they can help you verify your identity so you can claim your refund.
