Should we wait until AFTER he takes office TO FILE? I am looking to NOT have to pay Social Security Taxes any longer that Bidenomics stole from the American People. Double Taxation < ——- Any word out that having that issue fixed after Trump's promise (if real) does in fact remove that tax?

    Hi Dan,

    The tax laws are already in place for 2024 and generally they are not retroactively changed. Congress and the President will start working on laws for 2025 when Trump takes office. Be confident you can file your taxes on time, sometime in late January 2025 or February 2025.
