Yes, you probably need to file taxes if you have retirement income on 1099s and an SSA-1099. I suggest you go to FreeTaxUSA and sign into your account and enter all your information. Then see were the tax return is. If you owe taxes or have a refund, then you need to file. However if your taxable income is $0, you may not need to file. View your Form 1040 on the Summary page.
It really is hard to say whether you need to file or not until a little work is done.
