It’s not showing my 2023 taxes

I filed my taxes through tax USA last year and it’s not showing where I filed it last year but I got my refund and everything now it’s not letting me use my AGI number or I can’t find it and don’t have my taxes from last year because they were on this account

If you are not seeing the information you previously entered it is possible that you have more than one account set up in our software.

Please go to our homepage and select Support > Forgot Username or Password?

Then, click "Try something else", and then "Recover your username." Enter your Social Security number and email address, and we will email you the usernames of all accounts that match the email address and Social Security number you entered.

Please request your information using all possible email addresses that you might have used when creating your account.
