Not receiving emails from Comcast

I have been trying to sign into my account for a few days now, but I am not receiving my emails with the code to continue (the email came 12 hours later). I have 5 Comcast emails that I need to access and it seems that I am not going to be able to. I have added the support link to my account and it is still not coming in a timely manner. Is there anything I can do to get into my accounts?

    I'm sorry. This must be really frustrating. Do you have your phone number linked to your account where you can request the authentication code via text or phone? If so, I recommend trying that first. If that doesn't work or if you don't have a phone number linked to your account, please reach out to our customer support team who can check to see what other options you may have.

    They will need to verify your account information to locate and discuss your account, so you may want to provide the following information when contacting them to speed up the response and prevent them from responding to ask for the information.

    • Your first and last name
    • Your full mailing address
    • The last 4 digits of your SSN
    • The email address linked to your account
