Can I still claim my Daughter this year she just turned 18yrs old in may also Graduated in May 2024?

You can use this IRS interactive tool to determine if someone qualifies as your dependent. https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/whom-may-i-claim-as-a-dependent
Note that if she does qualify, you will only be able to use the $500 Credit for Other Dependents; the Child Tax Credit is limited to children under 17.
